1. Do you travel?
Yes! We travel within Bell, McLennan, and Williamson counties. Additional charges may apply depending on the exact location.

2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. However, we may still be able to accommodate short-notice requests, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
3. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. A good starting point might be 25-50% of the total package cost.
4. Will you work with my event planner or venue coordinator?

Absolutely! We are happy to collaborate with your event planner or venue coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly
5. What are the dimensions of your cart?
Our cart measures 4x3 feet.
6. What venue specifications do you require?
For indoor venues, we need a 110-standard outlet and at least 6 feet of space. For outdoor venues, a well-ventilated area is necessary, and we can use a small inverter generator if power isn't available.
7. How long does setup and breakdown take?
We allow for at least 30 minutes for both setup and breakdown, though we often finish sooner.
8. What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor events, we may need to cancel if the weather isn’t ideal. Cotton candy and high humidity don’t mix well! For indoor events, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
9. Are your cotton candy flavors natural?
We prepare our signature flavors with a mix of natural and artificial flavorings and colorings.
10. Can I customize flavors and colors?
Absolutely! While we do our best to match colors, please note that the cotton candy spinning process may result in slightly muted shades due to the heat.
11. Do you offer dye-free or organic options?
Yes, we offer select flavors that are dye-free or organic.
12. Do you provide dietary information?
We provide a list of ingredients for our products, allowing customers to make informed decisions. We also follow local health department guidelines for listing common allergens, even if our products don’t contain them directly.
13. Can you provide additional staff for large events?
Yes, we can provide extra staffing with advance notice for larger events.
14. Can you operate without a power source?
Unfortunately, no. A power source is required for live spinning. However, we can provide pre-packaged cotton candy items for events without power.
15. What additional treats do you offer?
We offer cotton candy cakes, shimmer drink bombs, candy kabobs, pre-packaged tubs and bags, and party favors.
